Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”

Meet The Teacher
Sania Verma
Sania Verma is a young, passionate Indian yoga teacher and an RYT 500 Yoga Alliance–certified instructor, devoted to the path of self-awareness and conscious living. Originally from Himachal Pradesh, she draws deep inspiration from the serene energy of the Dhauladhar mountain range, where her connection to nature and yoga was first nurtured.

She is the founder and lead teacher of Third Eye Yoga School, which she lovingly operates in two powerful natural locations—amid the majestic Himalayan foothills of the Dhauladhar mountains and in the tranquil coastal village of Palolem, South Goa, where the rhythm of the ocean supports deep inner work.

Sania’s yogic journey has been shaped by traditional study and immersive practice in Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Rishikesh, and Goa, allowing her to bridge ancient yogic wisdom with modern understanding. Her teaching integrates Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, Pranayama and Breathwork, Face Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga, supported by a strong foundation in anatomy and yogic philosophy.

With a calm, intuitive presence and a heart-centered approach, Sania creates sacred, inclusive spaces for transformation—guiding students to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with their true essence
